Question:
I have a late 1999 f250 crew cab short bed 4x4 with the 7.3. I currently have airlift helper springs on the rear axle and want to know what gooseneck hitches will work with my airlift bags. Thanks in advance!

There are a variety of air bag systems that are compatible with in-bed hitches, with the AirLift # AL57390 being the most versatile and compatible with any in-bed system; with that said, not all of them are compatible so what you can use depends on what AirLift system you've got installed on your 1999 F-250.
The gooseneck hitch that provides the most flexibility and seems the least likely to interfere with an in-bed gooseneck system is the Draw-Tite # 8339-4449. This gooseneck hitch sits on top of the truck bed, so it's a bit easier to install and the removable ball allows you to have a truck bed that's free of obstructions.
I'm attaching the directions for installation of this system for you to check out and compare to where your air bags are installed; as long as they don't use the same mounting points you can use this gooseneck hitch. If you can find a model number of the air bags that you're using that would also be helpful and allow me to confirm if there is a gooseneck system you can use with your existing air bags. Worst case scenario is that your current air bags are not compatible with an in-bed hitch, which you'd need to upgrade them to the AirLift # AL57390 system mentioned above.
