I talked to Yakima and you will be able to use the roof racks listed in the fit guide for your 2018 Lexus ES 350 even if you do have a sunroof, however, you may be limited to keeping the sunroof closed as opening it could possibly interfere with the roof rack or roof-mounted accessories.

That being said, I would go with Yakima Jet Stream CrossBbars - Aluminum - 50" Long - Qty 2 - # Y00425 along with Towers # Y00146 and Fit Kit # Y06175. This crossbar setup is a low-profile, aerodynamic design that has less noise and vibration compared to other crossbar designs. There is a built-in top channel that allows various accessories to be easily-installed or removed. You can add Yakima SKS Lock Cores # Y07204 to keep the crossbar setup locked to your roof. The weight capacity is 165lbs but you will want to check your owner's manual to verify your vehicle's roof capacity.
