Thule Roof Rack Options For 2019 Ford F-150

Hello: I have a set of older Thule square load bars 96w that I used for 2 canoes. Ive sold the truck that had built -in Thule feet receptors on a Leer topper. I now have a 2019 Ford F-150 Supercab. Does Thule have a system that would accommodate the older square load bars? The bars do not have the channel on the bottom. Thanks!

We have a roof rack for your truck, but unfortunately the Thule roof racks available for your 2019 Ford F-150 utilize the newer square bars that have tracks on the bottom, whereas your older system uses clamps on the square bars. You will need to get a new roof rack since you won't be able to use your old Thule square bars.

If you are wanting a similar square bar setup then you can go with Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712500 along with Feet # TH710501 and Fit Kit # TH145177. This is a 60" long crossbar which has a weight capacity of 130lbs. You can clamp many accessories to this system, however, it does not have a built-in top channel for channel-mounted accessories as some other crossbars have.

For a slight increase in price, I think it is well worth it to get the aerodynamic crossbars which do have the top channel for channel-mounted accessories. Aero crossbars are low-profile and have less noise and vibration compared to square bars. I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars Black # TH711520 along with Feet # TH710501 and Fit Kit # TH145177. If you want silver crossbars instead of the black # TH711520, then go with silver # TH711500. This has a 130lb weight capacity and measures 60" long just like the square bars mentioned above.

For either system, you can add Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 which will secure your roof rack to the roof of your truck and deter theft.
