To install the Brake EVN # TK63VR in your 2010 Honda Odyssey you will need the Replacement Brake Control Plug-In Harness for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controller 12" Long # 20127 as there is not a plug-in wiring adapter available for your vehicle.
To install the # 5535 you will need to have a 7-way connector installed on your Odyssey. If you do not have one already you will first need to install a 4-way connector using # 118438 and then adding the # ETBC7 which will plug into your newly installed 4-way connector and require you to make a few more connections as shown in the included video.
The # 20127 will need the following wiring connections:
Blue wire to blue wire of # ETBC7
Black wire to vehicle battery with 20 amp circuit breaker included with # ETBC7
White wire to ground
Red wire to cold side of stop light switch which only has power when brakes are applied. Using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 will help you identify the correct wire.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
