To install a 5th wheel hitch in your 2020 Ram 2500 HD Crew Cab I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck - Carbide Finish # C16427-204 which will give you above bed industry standard rails.
If you do not already have a 5th wheel hitch I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider # C16521 if your Ram has the 6-1/2' bed, or the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16120 if your truck has the 8' bed.
Lastly you may also be interested in the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector # C56070 which will plug into your factory 7-way connector and add an additional connector in the bed of your truck to hook up your trailer.
