We have just what you are looking for. The Curt Front Mount Hitch Receiver, # C87FR, will fit the 2021 Ram 1500 as long as it isn't the Rebel model or a diesel model. Unfortunately there is no front hitch option for those models yet.
For a cooler rack the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18110 would be a great option for carrying your cooler due to the angled shank giving you a bit of extra ground clearance.
