The trailer hitch for a Toyota Highlander is not the same as a trailer hitch for a Toyota Sienna. The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2017 Highlander is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98844. The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2007 Sienna is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98837.
