Hitch With 800-1000 Pound Tongue Capacity for 1997 Ford E350 Class C Motorhome

1997 Ford E350 Coachman Class C motorhome. looking for a hitch with a tonge weight 800/1000. looking to put 2 Honda Monkey 230 lbs eachmotorcycles on a motorcycle carrier.

As custom bolt on hitches are not made for Class-C motor homes you will need an adjustable one. A typical Class-3 hitch will have a top tongue weight capacity of around 600 pounds. A higher class hitch will have much more capacity. Since you prefer to have 800-1000 pounds of capacity I would use the Curt # 15902 Universal Hitch with brackets and an almost 11" drop. If that drop amount is too much, let me know and I will recommend a hitch with less of a drop.
In any case, you will need to refer to your Ford owners manual for maximum allow tongue weight, regardless of what the hitch itself is rated for.
