Thinking of purchasing your part number 75659. Your website says it fits my 2009 Honda Element LX, but installation details sheet on your website says is applicable to 2003-2008 models. Can you confirm that it is compatible with the 2009 model? Thank you. Ken

According to Draw-Tite, their # 75659 fits 2003-2011 Element models with the exception of 2005-2011 Element SC. It'll fit your 2009 Honda Element LX perfectly. The installation instructions were last updated in 2008, so they don't show the fits on the 2009-2011 models.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a few other items to complete your towing system. You'll need a trailer wiring harness like # 118465, a ball mount like # D-28 and a hitch pin like # PC3 along with a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
