If your Ram has the in-bed OEM goosneck hitch, there isn't an offset ball like # BWGNXA4085 available. The OEM hitch uses a ball with a round shank. If an offset ball were used, you could have two pivot points between the truck and the trailer, the point where the ball meets the coupler and the point where the ball meets the hitch. This would lead to an unsafe situation.
I'd recommend going with an offset coupler like the # BWTEXA4200 from B&W which provides 10 inches of offset. The coupler fits standard 4 inch inside diameter round coupler tubes. I've linked to a demonstration video featuring the coupler I mentioned.
