I am looking for a rear bumper for my 2004 dakota SXT 4 wheel truck, your Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kit - Black Powder Coated Steel Item # 63000-93800 seems to be a good unit, but do I have to buy a rear license plate kit also? thank you
