You can check out the video that I've linked for you that will walk you through the install. As you'll see, the install involves removing and trimming an under body panel and heat shield as well as temporarily lowering the exhaust which would be very hard to do unless at least the rear of the vehicle was raised in some manner. I'd recommend using ramps or putting the rear of the vehicle up on jack stands so you can have more room to work with.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 119250KIT for Hybrid models,
# 118712 for Touring Plus, Touring L, Touring L Plus and Limited models. For LX or Touring models, you'd use part # 118723. For a ball mount, use # D-28 and a # PC3 hitch pin and for a trailer ball use # 19261 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
