Toyota upgraded the 2009 tacoma extended cab with a standard three leaf spring to a four leaf spring. Will your standard ttortun4 fit this modification?

Yes the Timbren kit part # TTORTUN4 does fit the versions of the 2009 Toyota Tacoma that have the 4 leaf spring pack like you mentioned. They have this called out in the install notes.
