Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bars for Class C Motorhome on Ford E450 Cutaway Chassis
Question:
I have a Forest River Sunseeker 2290S 24 Class C RV built on the 2018 Ford F450 10 cylinder chassie. I have the Firestone Air Bag shocks in the rear. I hear alot of people update the front and rear chassie stabilizers. If you were me, what is the sequence of updates would you recommend to get done if we will be doing alot of traveling. I may do one or do updates per year. Thanks.

By 'chassis stabilizers' I'm assuming you're speaking of anti-sway bars.
This is a good question, the answer will depend on the exact handling difficulty you're dealing with. If the Class C tends to follow ruts in the road or the pavement edge, and you're having to constantly fight the steering wheel, then the front sway bar would be the place to start. I the Forest River Sunseeker 2290S was built on the E-450 van cutaway chassis, and not the F-450 truck cab/chassis, so the parts I recommend will be for the van cutaway. If this is NOT what you have, let me know..
If the vehicle handling is pretty much squirrely all the time, not just with trying to follow ruts in the pavement, a rear anti-sway bar, part # RM-1139-147 would be the place to start. Using the steering stabilizer and the rear anti-sway bar together will typically cure most handling problems, but a few folks will still be unsatisfied with the handling improvements offered by those two products and will then add a front anti-sway bar, part # RM-1139-176.
I've linked to some installation videos that you might find helpful.
