Are the 7 inch electric trailer brake retainer clips on item AKEBRK-2 the same as the clips on Dexter 7 electric trailer brakes item 23-47-48?

The 2,000 lb, 7" Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2 and Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-47-48 so use the same retainer clips for the magnets. These retainer clips are not available by themselves but what you can do is replace the magnets which do have the clips, as they both use the same round magnet:
