Draw-Tite manufactures their hitches in Mexico. If you're looking for a US manufactured hitch, I'd recommend the Curt # C13182 Class III hitch. Like all hitches available for the 2016 Durango, if the spare tire is mounted to a rim larger than 18 inches in diameter, you won't be able to store the spare under the vehicle with the hitch in place.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # TK22113 which would also allow you to install a brake controller like the Tekonsha P3, if needed. For a ball mount, use # 2753 and # 19261 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
