Can Rock Tamer for 3 inch Hitch be Used with B and W Tow n Stow Ball Mount for 3 inch Hitch

Was wondering if there is enough room to use my rock tamer mudflap system with this hitch? Need 1inch of space.

Yes a Rock Tamer Mud Flap for 3 inch hitch part # RT54FR would have enough clearance to fit on the B and W Tow n Stow for 3 inch hitches part # BWTS30040B.
