Yes. The B&W Patriot # BWRVK3255 is designed to fit on industry standard base rail kits like the ones created by your Curt # C16442-204 installation kit on your 2016 Ford F-150. If you don't have a rotating turret on your 5th wheel king pin you may need a sliding hitch like the B&W Patriot Slider # BWRVK3270, which is the same as the # BWRVK3255 only with a slider base instead of a fixed base.
