While the Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # CC-125 is specifically made to fit the 23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier # CC-100, you can certainly use it on other cargo carriers. The 22x59 Rola Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # 59502 is about the same size as the Stromberg Carlson carrier so it will be a very similar setup. This Rola carrier has an impressive weight capacity of 220lbs and is made of quality steel.
