I have a 2019 Flagstaff V-Lite travel trailer 35 ft long. with the measurements I have made it should fit. bottom step may touch ground. I need to go down to an 8 inch rise for my wifes short legs.

I understand the need to lessen the drop/rise. If you are okay with bottom step setting close to or possibly against the ground then the Alumi-Tread Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - 8" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - Quad - Aluminum, # LC432698, should work for you.
Another option with an 8" drop/rise is the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 25" to 28-7/8" RV Door Frames - Triple - Aluminum, # LC791572. This has legs at the bottom of steps that are adjustable but the others have that wanted 8" drop/rise. There is also a four step mode in, # LC791574.
