We can get you all set up with the correct parts you need for your custom 5,200 lb axle, including the spindle, flange, hub, and electric brakes. Since you want to use electric brakes you'll need a hub and drum assembly, and it will need to be a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern as there aren't any with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern for that capacity. Here is the list of everything you will need:
- #42 Spindle for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Trailer Axles # TRU57FR
- Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb Axles - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-6-K
- Brake Mounting Flange for 3" Round Axle # 4-44-1
- Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA
- Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12
This will be everything you need, as the hub and drum assembly does come with the correct bearings and seal to fit the spindle, and is pre-greased with the bearings, races, and seal already installed.
Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K
Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased
Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies
#42 Spindle for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 2-1/4" Diameter
Brake Mounting Flange for 3" Round Axle
