Draw-Tite confirms that their # 75540 is a fit for the 2016-2021 Lexus RX350. Please note that for the 2020 model year, Lexus lowered the rear fascia by a fraction of an inch. In some instances, when installed the hitch will push up very slightly on the underside of the fascia. If you find this bothersome, you can slightly notch the bottom edge of the fascia.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 118255, a ball mount like # 2923 and for a trailer ball use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
