Replacement Bumper for 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

Question:

Would this bumper fit onto my truck? I got a rear bumper from a 1500 and it sits 6 inches down from my tailgate. Just dont want to go through that again.

The bumper includes the step pads, all the needed installation hardware and the license plate lamps. The bumper has a 5000 lb towing/500 lb tongue weight capacity once a trailer ball is installed in the 1 inch diameter hole.
