Yes, you can use the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier # RRS520 on the Pioneer Platform that fits your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty, which is the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack with Backbone Mounting System - SuperCab # RR28QX or Crew Cab # JB0733.
The Nautic Stack can mount to a T-track/channel, so what you would need to add is the Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars for Pioneer Platform Rack # RR43138B.
That would be all you need for your Pioneer in order to mount the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier # RRS520.
