From your axle tag I can tell you have a 5,200 lb trailer axle that has 86.5 inches from hub face to hub face, 68.5 inches from spring seat center to spring seat center and comes with hubs that have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
While we have axles like the part # 8327816-EB that are the right length, capacity, and come with correct bolt pattern hubs the spring seats aren't lined up perfectly so they would need to be moved. You could just have new spring seats welded on with part # TRSS300.
