Question:
I have a 2017 Mazda 3 sedan. I see you have 3 possibilities for hitches, 2 of 1/ 1/4inch opening and one of 2inch opening. I want to carry a 60 pound ebike plus a 25 pound regular bike on occasion. Also do you have recommendations for carriers.

For your 2017 Mazda 3 Sedan I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7303 due to it having a 2" trailer hitch receiver which offers quite a few more options when it comes to bike racks and other accessories.
The other two trailer hitch receivers available, the Curt # C11377 and Draw-Tite # 24912, are Class I receivers with 1-1/4" receivers which really limits the bike racks available as not all 1-1/4" bike racks work with Class I receivers.
Moving on to a bike rack compatible with the # 306-X7303 I recommend the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # SA4412B which can accommodate two bikes weighing up to 60lbs each so it will work perfectly to carry your 60lb electric bike and another 25lb bike.
The # 306-X7303 has a tongue weight rating of 300lbs, but since the # SA4412B only weighs 22.5lbs even with two 60lb bikes you would still be well under the max rating of the hitch.
