Not all bike racks are rated for use on the back of a 5th wheel trailer because of the extra stress that occurs with items hanging on a hitch there; bike racks that are rated for this use typically will have a reinforced or solid shank. The Swagman Quad # S64FR does not have a reinforced shank that would make it rated for use on the back of a 5th wheel trailer.

The best solution would be to use the Yakima Long Haul # Y02476, which will carry 4 bikes and is rated for use on the back of travel trailers, RVs, 5th wheels and flat towed vehicles. The anti-sway cradles do a really good job of securing the bikes and the rack comes with an anti-rattle hitch lock and cable lock for the bikes, so everything will always be secured.

Hey Andrew, yes the Convert-a-Ball Ball Mount part #AMSCV-4 is compatible with hitch locks like the part #HRLHP2. It would not be compatible with anti-rattle hitch locks though since the shank is not hollow.
