The RetraxONE MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RTX47FR is not compatible with any ladder racks, but the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80481 is compatible with ladder racks since it has built-in rails. This is confirmed to fit your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5-3/4' bed.
For a ladder rack that will work with this Retrax Pro XR I would look into the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack. You can get this ladder rack with 68" Crossbars # Y01151-58 or 78" crossbars # Y01151-59. The on-road weight capacity for this rack is 500lbs and the off-road weight capacity is 300lbs.
