Thank you for purchasing from etrailer the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716-61301.
Though I'm not 100 percent sure what you are referring to by "the bracket bolt up to the 1115 Lippert bracket and the spacers" I believe this is just the bolt holes used for both the Goose Box and the spacer kit. I have added cut outs from the instructions for both the Goose Box and spacer kit which shows the bolt holes used.
The instructions say "Lippert 1716" but the 1116 has the same bolt hole pattern, so you will follow that for the Goose Box, and the spacer kit will be installed directly on the sides of the Goose Box. The installation instructions for the spacer do not specify Goose Box, they reference installing the spacer on a Sidewinder turret, but it is the exact same process.
I have added links below to video reviews as well as the aforementioned instructions for you to check out of the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716-61301.
