Replacement Grease Seals for 3500 lb Dexter E-Z Lube Axles

I have Dexter E-Z lube 3500 Lb tandem axles on my travel trailer .I am getting ready to repack bearings .I want to have correct seals on hand can you tell me what seals I need. Thanks

A 3500 lb axle will typically use a 10-19 grease seal with an OD of 2.565 and an ID of 1.719 inches.

This is pretty easy to confirm. If your inner bearing is an L64819, the seal OD would indeed be 2.565. If the surface of the spindle where the seal rides is 1.719 in diameter, then you've confirmed that you need a 10-19 seal which we sell in pairs as part # RG06-050. I'd recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157 to measure the seal journal surface on the spindle so you'll get an accurate measurement.

The # BK2-100 you'd looked at does include what should be the correct grease seal.

If you're not familiar with the process of repacking the bearings, I've linked a video that will walk you through it.
