Question:
I reviewed your materials and understand the ground, 12v, pins Further the lights and directional would read 12v when activated. But what about the blue brake pin? What values should I expect on that pin? Both in park no brake pressure and with the brake pedal depressed?

The amount of voltage you'll see on the brake output pin of your 7-way will be based on the output setup of the brake controller you have installed in your vehicle. If the controller is time-delayed with a high setting you'll see it slowly ramp up to 12 volts but if it's proportional it might just spike slightly and then taper off.
