This all comes down to how wide your spare tire is. If your spare tire width on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is between 8 and 10-1/2 inches then you will be able to use the Malone Spare Tire Bike Carrier # MPG2147. Another option you have is getting this hitch receiver # e98856 which is SUPER simple to install. You can then use the Swagman Trailhead 3 # S63365 but you may need to get a hitch extender # C45791. This will cut your hitches capacity in half but since the Trailhead is only around 30 lbs you would still be able to get your three bikes loaded up.

Any hitch mounted accessory will interfere with your backup camera. That's inevitable, but it won't completely block it. Each option here will block just as much as the other so there is no differences there. Check out some of the videos I've included to see exactly which one you're wanting to go with.
