The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT82QR is a great option for a 2021 Toyota RAV4. In regard to compatibility with specific features such as reverse sensors or a backup camera, they won't hamper installation. That is really all I can speak to unfortunately as neither we nor the manufacturer do any extended use testing. The camera would obviously be partially blocked with a bike rack attached but I can't speak to the sensors. I didn't see any review stating they had issues with the sensors though.
