The issue you are describing with Titan BrakeRite EHB Electric-Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes T4813100 sounds like it is not building enough pressure to engage the brakes on your trailer.

I recommend using a volt meter and checking the black and white wires on the actuator while the trailer is connected to your truck.

When the brakes are NOT applied you should have 12 volts, and when the brakes are applied you should not see less than 10 volts. If you are seeing less than 10 volts when the brakes are applied there is a short in the wiring causing the issue, and causing the brakes to not engage.

You will need to check the wiring coming from the actuator back to the connector, and then on the vehicle side looking for any damaged wiring.

If you are getting at least 10 volts the issue is inside of the T4813100 and it will need to be replaced.
