Looking for a replacement bearing kit with seals for a lippert 3500 lb axle Nv 145911.

The Bearing Kit # BK2-100 is the correct kit for your Lippert 3500lb axle. This will include the inner and outer races and bearings with a new grease seal, cotter pin and tang washer.
I recommend using a Bearing Packer # PTW1218 with LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 for the new bearings. This will ensure that you get grease throughout the bearing before installation.
