Question:
I have a 2021 Keystone 172TX that weighs about 3600 pounds dry and has a cargo capacity of 1500 pounds. If I where to upgrade my leaf suspension to the Timbren system would you recommend the 3500 or the 5200 pound system? And would my current brakes and wheel hubs fit the Timbren axle? Thanks

I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR5200S05 as your 2021 Keystone Hideout 172TX will weigh 5100lbs with it fully loaded. The center of the spindle will be 5-1/2" below your frame with a maximum deflection vertically of 2-3/4". You will want to compare these with your current axle to ensure that you will have enough clearance as there are other kits that will offer more or less lift.
To correctly identify the bearing sizes on your current axle I would need the axle serial number or you can confirm the measurements that are on your Hideout with a Digital Caliper # PTW80157
Grease Seal Inner Diameter-2.25"
Inner Bearing Inner Diameter-1.750"
Outer Bearing Inner Diameter-1.250"
4" Carbon Fiber Digital Caliper
