If you are going to run these air bags on a truck with a lift kit, do you need air bag spacers? If so, what size spacers do you need for a 2008 Toyota Tundra 4x4 w/ a 4.5” suspension lift?

To install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88299 on your 2008 Toyota Tundra with a 4.5" Lift Kit you will indeed need a spacer.
More than likely you will need the 4" spacer # AL52440 but the only way to be sure is to measure the distance from the bottom of the air helper spring to the top of the lower mounting bracket.
The other two spacer options available are the 2" # AL52420 and 6" # AL52460.
