What Does Curt A 16 Fixed Hitch Weigh
Question:
would like to know the actual weight of hitches. Have a A16 slider and fifth wheel does not need it. would like to know weight difference and if its worth the weight reduction. Ram puck system in the truck

Fixed hitches are quite a bit lighter weight than slider hitches. The Curt A16 fixed hitch part # C16120 weighs 116 lbs. For comparison the slider version part # C16521 weighs 196 lbs so the weight savings is significant. Also fixed hitches have less moving parts so they are quieter and smoother overall as well.
