Does Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch DT38MR Require Removing Bumper/Fascia on 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee

76432 Tips refers to having to remove fascia and bumper impact. Does this refer to a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I did not see this mentioned in the comments, lowering the exhaust wss mentioned but not removing the bumper and fascia.

Yes, for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you will need to remove the bumper/fascia in order to install the Draw-Tite hitch that fits:

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR

The reason why is because this hitch is totally concealed behind the bumper, so it needs to be removed in order for the hitch to be installed properly. The trade-off is your Jeep doesn't have a large hitch tube protruding from under it, so it is a cleaner overall aesthetic.

I have added a link below to the installation instructions for you to check out as well of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR.
