Is The Steel Belly Pan an Acceptable Mounting Location For JT's Strong Arm's?

My frame does not extend width wise between my two front legs. Some have drilled into the metal belly pan in the front compartment. Is this recommended?

Yes, when mounting the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit # LC191023 it is acceptable to mount to the steel belly pan of the front compartment.
Lippert does list this as an acceptable mounting location in the installation manual Step # 2 that I have linked below.
