Heavy Duty Roof Vent/Fan For Food Truck

Question:

I have a food truck and weve replaced the roof vents/fans multiple times. The lightweight plastic construction of most 12v roof fans just cant hold up to the heat and grease of that environment. Are there any fans that are more heavy duty, possibly with metal construction rather than plastic? I need a better ventilation system and were just not finding one.

The most heavy duty roof vent with fan that we have is the Ventline # VP-543SP that runs on 12 volts DC. It installs in an only 6-1/4" opening and has quiet operation. It this does not fit your needs you would have to consider a large 120volt AC industrial fan with louvered shutters.
