Platform-Style Bike Rack Recommendation for an Alpenlite Fifth-Wheel Trailer
Question:
Is there a bike rack you recommend for my fifth wheel trailer? I have a 32 foot Alpenlite fifth wheel trailer. I will be installing a 2 inch receiver.

Due to the excessive stress put on a bike rack when mounted on the back of a trailer, only select racks are rated to be used on a trailer or motorhome. The # TH9044-TH9046 platform-style rack you referenced would not be compatible with use on your Alpenlite fifth-wheel trailer. We offer the # S64650 Swagman XC2 platform-style rack that is rated for use on the back of your trailer, and which has a similar bike-carrying style to the T2.
I am including a link to all the bike racks we offer that are rated for use on a trailer, as well as video review of the XC2 rack I mentioned. You could use the # S64031 Swagman cable and hitch lock set to secure the bikes to the rack and the rack to the hitch.
