The Draw-TIte Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540 you were looking at is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Lexus RX 350 and will fit with your rear lift gate sensor though it will likely change the location your foot must be to activate the sensor.
You will need to place your foot to the left or right of the receiver for the sensor to detect your foot.
If you are planning on towing with your RX 350 you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56217.
