My recommendation is the Yakima FullBack 2 bike rack, part # Y02634. It is a two bike trunk rack. It weights 22lbs, it has a maximum weight capacity of 35lbs per bike, and a total weight capacity of 70lbs. It has a lock that allows you to secure your bikes to the rack, anti-sway cradles that prevent your bikes from swinging while on the road, and rubber and foam pads to protect the finish on your car. But its best feature is the vehicle specific sizing it provides. This removes the guesswork when you are installing the rack.
Another option is the Malone Hanger Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes, It weighs 15lbs, has a weight capacity of 33lbs per bike It shares the same features as the Yakima FullBack 2 bike rack in a more economical package while having the capacity to carry a third bike.
It sounds like you have a step-thru frame, or a frame without the top tube you normally see on a men's bike. If so, you will need a bike adapter bar for a trunk rack. This will create a top tube for your women's bike. This is what the trunk rack will clamp to instead of your bike. The adapter will clamp to the handlebar area at one end the seat post at the other end. I would recommend the Yakima Top Tube Adapter Bar, part # Y02531. It offers the most flexibility as it can adjust from 14 1/2" to 31" which allows it to fit more bikes.
