I have a Ranch Hand grill guard on my 06 Dodge, 4X4 3500 with factory front bumper. Will the font mount hitch still fit?

Usually, grille guards and front mount hitches will use some if not all of the same mounting locations on the truck. You will have to look at where your grille guard is installed and compare that to the instructions for front hitch # 65046, which I have linked for you, to determine if there will be interference. I have also included a link to a video showing a typical installation that should help.
