I am happy to help.
To install a 7-way connector on your 2021 Toyota Sienna you will first need to install a 4-way connector # TK69FR which will plug into the factory wiring of your vehicle without any splicing.
With a 4-way connector installed you can then install the # ETBC7L which will plug into your new 4-way connector and only require running 1 additional wire since you are going to be using a wireless trailer brake controller. You will run the black wire from the 7-way to the battery of your vehicle with the included 30 amp circuit breaker.
Since you are using a wireless trailer brake controller like the Curt Echo Wireless # C51180 you will not need to worry about running a blue brake output wire to the passenger compartment of your vehicle.
Lastly you will need a no drill mounting bracket # 18140 to mount the 7-way connector to your trailer hitch receiver.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
