Sounds like you are looking for a way to install a Yakima round bar roof rack on a 2019 Ram 1500 which you'd have to use all Yakima components for since there isn't a way to adapt a Rhino Rack tower to accept a round bar.
So you'd need the part numbers # Y00410, # Y28TR, # Y03536, and # Y06135 and you'd be set.
