The issue regarding the buttons sticking on the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is pretty few and far between, and is something that has been corrected, though with any product there will always be some that inherently have a flaw.
I wouldn't let that keep you from trusting the P3 # 90195 is our most popular trailer brake controller due to its extreme reliability and great features like the easy to read LCD screen, and built in diagnostics. This controller has almost 4500 ratings just on our site with a 4.9 out of 5 star rating which really show how great of a controller it is.
To install the # 90195 in your 2003 Ford F-350 you will need a plug in wiring harness # 3035-P which will plug into the factory trailer brake controller port underneath the dash of your truck.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
