I tow a 30ft travel trailer approx. 7700 lbs dry which would recommend for my needs sumo springs or the super springs to help with sag and bounce hitch weight is 700 lbs

I recommend using the SumoSprings Custom Solo Helper Springs # SSR-610-54 that you were looking at because they progressive load support, so they won't affect your unloaded ride quality. These springs will help fight sag and sway while towing your 7700-lbs GVWR trailer.
You could also use the SuperSprings # SSA4, but I think you'll notice a bit stiffer ride quality when you're not towing-which may not be optimal.
