Question:
I have the Go Power Eco Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller - 80-Watt Solar Panel Item # 34272627 I think panel on my Forest River travel trailer and I am considering adding the Go Power Solar Flex Expansion Kit - 100-Watt Solar Panel Item # 34272629 My understanding is the current solar controller can handle up to 10 amps. The 80 watt produces 4.57 amps and the 100-watt expansion produces 5.68 amp according to the manufacture’s specifications This is a total of 10.25 amps which exceed the manufactures specs. Is this going to be an issue ?

Since you'll be over the 10amp max rating on the solar controller you'll just need to add another solar controller ( # 34280503 ) in to your Go Power Eco Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller - 80 Watt Solar Panel Item # 34272627 system to have enough space for the Go Power Solar Flex Expansion Kit - 110 Watt Solar Panel # 34272629 to be added on and function properly.
Question:
So my understanding is I need TWO controllers for this to work and I have no idea how to connect the second controller to my batteries. Is there not a single controller that would over 10 amps? I would rather replace the controller I have now with another larger controller making in a plug and play type solution. Thanks

You can certainly get a larger capacity solar controller with the Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller with Bluetooth - LCD Digital Display - Dual Bank - 30 Amp - 12V # 34276119 to plug and play instead of wiring two solar controllers together.
